www.anniemosesband.com/index.htmlThe Annie Moses Band was formally established in the spring of 2002, but that was not the beginning of the group. These Nashville native, sibling performers began their musical instruction at the tender age of four years old at Vanderbilt University's Blair School of Music, and played their first performance as an ensemble when violinist/vocalist, Annie, violist/singer, Alex, and cellist, Benjamin were nine, seven, and five years old, respectively. The progression of events was natural. Bill Wolaver, father of the brother-sister team, is a professional songwriter/arranger and pianist, and Robin Wolaver, the kids' mother, is a professional lyricist/singer. 25-year veterans of the Christian music industry, Bill and Robin are award-winning songwriters with many published works to their credit. Robin home schooled the siblings. The family's daily course of instruction included an intensive musical regimen, which ultimately led the family to relocate from Nashville to the Manhattan area in order for Annie, Alex and Benjamin to study strings as scholarship students in The Juilliard School, Pre-College Program.
