My son can probably tell you more about evolution and those who started the theory than most public school kids. Of course when in the study of creation science one must know all the details of evolution. How eles can we refute it if not?
My son took 4 college level courses on the topic (he is 15) and we found that he now knows more about Darwin, Lyell, Malthus, The geologic column, the "big bang' and so forth, than his public school counterparts.
We use creation science (worldview) in the science co-ops I teach as well. All grade levels benefit.
As defended by the Supreme Court, parents have the fundamental constitutional right to direct the education of their children according to their beliefs (Wisconsin vs. Yoder ). A right exercised is a right preserved (Acts 22:25-29).
