For the chapati I used this. Fabulous Flats Naan Tandoori www.fabulousflatbreads.com/products/tandoori_naan.phpMy Pulao recipe I pound ground chicken breast 1 can coconut milk 1 sweet onion 4 tsp fresh garlic chopped 4 cups cooked BASMATI rice sesame oil small bag frozen peas small can mushrooms 6 small new potatoes peeled and chopped 1 can chicken broth 1 can water 3 TBSP gram marsala 3 tsp tumeric 1 TBSP mint I tsp salt 4 TBS red curry powder 1 TBS ground corriander 1 tsp lemon pepper 3 bay leaves Brown the meat with garlic, onion and mushrooms in sesame oil. Cook rice and put to the side you add this last. After meat is browned, add all other ingredients and simmer 20 minutes. Mix in the rice. Serve in one big dish with the chapati bread. Mmmmmm Good!
