1 jar 1 nickel washed Cheese Cloth whipping cream Dash Salt (If you want) Put nickel into jar add whipping cream put on lid and shake till its thick and liquid is clear strain in cheese cloth put on plate we put ours in ice box for about 10 min :)You will have butter
